this detection is a mile long named after my personal files in Kaspersky, Comodo Firewall cannot start when computer boots up, and Malwarebytes hasn't been able to update since December 29, 2014. Comodo Firewall blocks my internet connects because it's deeming itself "unsecure". I had to disable Comodo Firewall just to get my internet back and I uninstalled Malwarebytes (even though I paid for it) because I couldn't update it

am I infected?

can you help me remove it???

Can you upload those/that file to VirusTotal and post back the link for that file.

Thanks.
I would but it says "hidden from user" and I can't see them in Windows Explorer
Documents and settings would be classed as 'User' in Win 7 and Vista (assuming you're using one of those) to access a hidden file you may need to open up a explorer window and select "Organize".
Scroll down to Folder and Search options.
Select View.
Select Show Hidden Files and Folders.

Did you upgrade from XP?
nope. I upgraded from Vista wiped and installed Windows 7

if I access the location in the report, it says <directory> is not accessible. access is denied
Take a look HERE and see if that helps gain access.
there is no "advanced" button as the article specifies in the general tab and changing permissions in security says "access is denies as well" this OS was installed in 2012 and reformatted/reinstalled in Jul of 2014. date modified doesn't add up

Then you may not be able to take permission of.

It is only a link file after all, does that pokemon jpg not show up in c:\users\moltres rider\desktop\other\
yes all those images that are in the blocked directory ARE in the original directory

in fact it is an ENTIRE duplicate of the C:/users/ folder
not sure if I should delete it, but I'm trying: https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/add-take-ownership-to-explorer-right-click-menu-in-vista/
Have you tried grantperms
You can also give this a go TakeOwnershipEx they also do a RegOwnershipEx
