My Windows 10 (1903) when I put to sleep or turn off thru start key when woken with mouse or power button the monitor detects power lights up with first stages and then turns off again. I have to manually turn monitor on by hand. I have googled the subject and have all power management subjects activated . But still displays this behaviour for many months and also previously 1890 edition. Please advise.
