Comptom, about the problem I have with my headphones that you tried so hard to help me with,
I contacted dell customer service this morning,
they took control of my computer remotely, and tested everything.
the have decided to sent out an engineer tomorrow to replace the mother on my
brand new laptop .. GULP Smile .I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the effort and time
you spent trying to help, your a good guy comptom.. Smile

Compton, I promised to let you know the outcome of my problem with the headphone problem.
Dell sent a tec to replace the motherboard, this he did. It did not however fix the problem, I was refered back to tec help, they failed to fin the problem either, how ever another problem began, since the motherboard was replaces the laptop would no longer recognize my monitor. Teck support thought this was because the graphics card was not seated. They have deceided to replace the laptop completely. That’s how things stand now,
