I am currently am dual booting windows 7 and Windows vista on hp Compaq dx7300 slimtower desktop and my question is should I use the software neosmart easybcd if I'm not having any issues getting to either of the operating systems?

You have lost me, you are not having issues and you want to know if to use EasyBCD? you don't need to use nothing if your not having issue with setup.
