Hi guys, upgraded to 1809 before it was removed.. now action centre wont show notifications although the icon says there are unread notifications, this is on my pc and my laptop, any advise ? notifications are turned on..
Perform SFC scan
Click '
Start' > Type cmd in the search field >
Right-click the command prompt at the top of the list and select '
Run as Administrator'
Inside the command prompt, type
sfc /scannow > Press '
Enter'

Reboot and test.
Compton, thanks for your answer, . the scan found no problems though, and still no notifications show up.
I have also noted that when I eject a USB device I no longer get the " safe to remove hardware " notification,
this is on two different computers that had no problem on 1803, now since installing 1808 i find this problem, hoping Microsoft has a bug fix maybe

There are still issues with Windows 10 1809

if Microsoft don't fix it in an update, may be it will be fixed in 1903 ..lol ..
