I am using Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 x64

Please i would like to know how to install 2018-10 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7?

i have downloaded from Microsoft Update Catalog

please i would like to know which one i am going to install? do i need to double click on "windows6.1-kb4462923-x64_5c4506692214692bf846da33052edb1dc5752156.msu" or "pciclearstalecache_f9e6352a8a36bd5304229012049c66ab267923f2.exe"?
