Can anyone point me to a good Video recorder that is user friendly. I am cut for time and need to get some training videos in order and going to train some employees? I am looking for a recorder that will AUTO CIRCLE IN RED when I point in my training videos. Sorta like the video that you do for us Mr. B.

Camtasia Studio is what I use, its not cheap

Screencast-O-Matic is good and very cheap or use free version
