You was asked whether its onboards graphics or dedicated graphics card?
What is the make and type of monitor? CRT, LCD or LED?
Try updating graphics drivers
Try changing the cable to the monitor
Try monitor on another computer and see if beeping stops.

1 its ether a LCD or LED
2. the drivers were updated around the it happen
3. i dint see what happen in the back when tim was working on it i only thing i know that he might have plug in the wrong area stuff like this are new to him he has been doing pc repairs for 27 years but then again im like im good at remove malware for 7 years but never not good at pc hardware building.
4. the beep haven't happen when the cable wasn't plug in.
