I happen to like Windows 8 but that's just me.

I like Windows 8 also 

Windows 8 annoys me greatly when the mouse CONSTANTLY Jumps to the bottom right corner of the 2nd screen on dual monitors.

+1 to that. All my DJ software crashes in Windows 8 and the DPC latency is worse than 7.

What software you using? Serato, traktor or VDJ? You should try running them in comparability mode if it isn't stable.
