Had to take it to the PC tech shop here None Of this worked due to the fact my Hp Laptop was hacked by a very serious hacker that placed a very illusive and hidden Trojan Virus within another Trojan That was blocking all our attempts to take this prescribed measures to fix and repair We had to add a very serious VPN to protect the laptop from further attacks
Wow if it is that bad I would not feel secure unless I completely blew away Windows and reinstalled fresh!
