0=no foreground boost only background,1=medium foreground, 2 high foreground

its "Processor Scheduling Priority" set to default

Oh wow so i could have the key above set to 26 and win32priortyseperation set to 26 and itd make the foreground top priority but itd probably lock up my system huh? Especially with smb2 enabled?
