Nice, Microsoft did one called Microsoft Network Monitor 3.4

I used to use fing on my tablet until the updates ceased working, it came in handy when checking peoples wifi at home. Together with Wifi Analyzer you can get a good idea of channels and overlaps to pick the best option.

Not sure they update it anymore and maybe obsolete.
