i was curious about a program called pirate tor browser...but i made mistake...i actually wanted the tor browser from the tor project...now i cant delete the file! i have full control..how can i delete it?

Why didn't you just go with Tor as opposed to a rebranded offering?
Either way don't expect much in the way of speed, it is sloooow.

To remove a file that's been installed go with RevoUninstaller :
https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html
Its your choice if you want the free / portable / Pro version, but make sure when asked to use it in Advanced mode.
You can also use Hunter mode to track down a file / program.
