waited over 2 hours for the install, restarted, but failed...the pc is attempting to re intialize the update again. usually a second time works..what could have caused the failure

they have to give updates for system a quicker way somehow... slower than a snails pace

i would turn off auto sleep because it could interrupt windows updates when computer was trying to sleep

thank you f 23948 bro...and a HUGE thank you to britec's video. I followed the hints and was able to install spring update with no problems. it even fixed my downloading/updating extensions in Microsoft store! 3 cheers!

of course not everything that is associated with an update is 100% alright...there are a few minor things i needed to adjust. some people i feel sorry for when their updates screwup their settings or give em a bsod.
