ive ran the disk cleanup tool 2 times...there are 5.88GB of junk...but it refused to clean it up...i went from 424GB free on disk C and now down to 412GB free. whats going on

Try running System File Checker

are you windows 10? it looks like Aero Lite

sfc didnt find anything wrong. also, iam using  UDX ultra theme patcher...was bored looking at same ol color of open boxes

That's weird because SFC /Scannow would of replace theme files and your screenshot does not show that.

Try running 

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
