My dad's PC keeps giving this error when he goes to the updates section ...

I've fixed it a couple of months ago by following this solution in the comments: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/device-is-at-risk-out-of-date-updates

...but now he is getting the error again and the files from that fix is still as it should be after doing that fix ??

Any "off by heart" fix ? Video maybe?
