I have had windows 10 on my Dell laptop for sometime. It was installed over windows eight. Recently, I’ve had a problem with an update called 1709. It attempts to install, by itself, but fails at the 45% point. It ties up the computer for an extended time.
I have tried several ways to install the 1709 update, all of them on successful. What I would like to do is either figure out how to install that or how to prevent 1709 from shelf-installing. I saw the Britec video on GWX control panel, and that looks like a good way to go. Where is a safe place to download GWX control panel?
