Hey everyone, I don’t have a lot of computer knowledge and my Flash drive has Arabic letters and symbols on it and I’m missing over a thousand pictures from my wedding. I don’t want to reformat if I chance losing everything. I have ab. 200 pics still there and my video footage is still there but everything else is not. I tried using a recovery wizard called Recuva that I found online. It found files and put folders and files on flash drive but none are in a picture format and I don’t know what these files are for so I didn’t want to play around with them. I also used the cmd atrrib -h -r -s s/d or something like that (I found instructions online) and the command couldn’t help much. One of these things I tried said a bunch of stuff like orphan truncated, entry will be truncated, removing trailing folder entries, allocation unit is not valid etc.
I am not very computer smart and really need help finding my pictures if they could still be on there. Wiping out all data is only a last resort option so please help! If it helps I saw somewhere that the flash drive is in a FAT32 format and also there was almost no space left on the flash drive so I believe the pictures are somewhere. Thank you SO much!

Thank you SO much Smirk for the video. I was nervous at first to delete everything that I was able to recover from other programs I tried before but I backed it up just in case. I used the video to walk me through this and it recovered over 2000 files and all of my Pictures. I am so grateful for your help and Britec for helping me find my corrupted wedding Photos! You guys are the best!
