Hey guys,

First time having to export Windows Live Mail to any version of Outlook...

My question is... Has anyone here ever successfully converted Windows Live Mail EML/EMLX files to Outlook PST files with or without software and the export work?

I have looked around and looked at a bunch of software, but would rather get trusted advice from a trusted source...  

Footnote: Lots of people are still using Windows Live Mail and mistaking it for Outlook... This was a newbie mistake on my part, but she also had Office 2003 that exported fine, but without any data in the files...lol

I used the EML to PST converter from one of your links... It created some folders, but no contacts. I ended up forwarding all the emails and created all the folders that way. We also just went ahead and re-created all the contacts (not that many though). This may have been the long way, but had to get it done. I am sure if I used Live Mail and tinkered with the program a bit, I would have been able to migrate things better. This was a go behind from a popular big box store that supposedly migrated everything..."NOT" lol ...Anyway

I really appreciate the help my friend and the customer is happy (most important thing)...

P.S.  Maybe this could be the subject of a future video??

Yeah I will try and cover this at some point. I got so many ideas for videos running around my brain, its hard to keep up lol but yes it would make a good video.

Yeah, I have been keeping up... You're like a mad scientist when it comes to content creation, not easy to do.

I read your problem and come to know that you want a software that simply converts your Window live mail files to PST format without any data loss. I would like to suggest you Sofatken EML to PST Converter.
