Probably follow the instructions of this video but use windows xp and see if it will except your windows embedded iso

Never mind i burn my CD bootale and it's fully working

where i can find and buy product key for Windows XP POSReady 2009? i looked everywhere, Google, ebay, Amazon etc

This is a POS point of sale system. so you won't be able to buy a licence for home use.
