Hi I'm Shads. I'm a pensioner.
I found this Forum thankfully.
I got the critical message with no menu then got the jerky mouse.
My sanity was saved by the tutorial on resetting my windows 10, just have to reinstall some of the programs
I had and apps but the reset kept a list posted to desktop of what had to be replaced.
So a big thanks and will be back to pick up more help if and when.
