Hi folks, Help... Please...
I have a client's TOSHIBA EQUIUM A60-155
that is asking for a BIOS PASSWORD out of the blue...
There was never one set up and it has never asked for one before...
I cannot F2 into the bios settings or get it to boot to a windows repair disk or USB drive...
I have tried Del F1 F2 F8 F10 F11 F12
While looking for bios rest pins I discover there is only one ram slot with no ram in it???
When looking at the specs for this model it comes with 256 Mb of ram expandable to 1280 Mb
System memory standard: 256 MB
maximum expandability: 1280 MB
technology : DDR RAM
Expansion 1 × memory slot

This begs the question, does the A60-155 come with onboard RAM?
