It's referring to registry defrag; the idea is to physically rearrange all the related registry files in  a way that they are adjacent to each other on the  disk

Defraging the registry is OK just make sure you don't clean registry. I have covered this before but i could make a updated video.  Big Grin

i mean please i would like to now can you upload video on youtube? because i messed up by compressing registry with Windows PE

have to reinstall windows 7 on my computer last month
