if you run this tool it should tell you Intel-SA-00086 Detection Tool https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27150

i went to HP website and i don't see HP Compaq dc7800 Small Form FActor. I am using my HP Compaq dc7800 Small Form Factor

Please make sure that the drivers as illustrated below are installed on your pc, and then  run the Intel-SA-00086 Detection Tool
