when i download the sig file from Palemoon, please i would like to know how to use the sig file?

Looks like you need to download WinHasher and then open up the signature file in it.
It's a detached signature file and is a means to  verify the binaries just like the checksum verification; first of all, you would need a pgp client like kleopatra

I've attached the public key that  you would need to unzip and then validate before you verify the binaries; refer to my video that I've linked below

Welcome! you don't have to do anything  after this; the last window suggests that the installer.exe file that you downloaded was intact
when i run installer, it still says unknown publisher, is that ok?
Yes, it's okay. It says "unknown publisher" because the program doesn't have a code signing certificate; it's normal
thank you Partha, in the future, i would like to know how to create asc file my own?
You're welcome! Just to let you know, the asc file was created by the  author, not me. I downloaded it from the site linked below
