please i would like to know how do i disable it? because i want to stay Anniversary Update and i don't want to upgrade to Creators Update
i went to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4019198/how-to-disable-windows-creators-update-notice-for-users but it seems not working

Turn off all these for starters Privacy Settings

thank you britec, if i turn off everything, then it won't download and install Creators Update automatically the one i modified the registry?

Well in that case you need to do this.

Navigate to this location 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsUpdate\UX\Settings\

Right-click in the right window pane and select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value. Name this key as HideMCTLink


Next Double-click on HideMCTLink key and set its value as 1

Reboot your computer


You can now upgrade to creators update when you want.
