Just to let everyone know I also tried the booting into safe mode suggestion to see if the fan would start spinning but it did not work. It is still not spinning.
CPU temps are fine and SSD temps are fine.
Can you run GPUz

Please take screen shot of temps. Possible Motherboard or GPU temp issue.

Yeah but I only just powered the laptop on 2 minutes prior to that test, I had it running for around 5 minutes for this new one you suggested and it shot back up to 114 degrees as you will see highlighted in one of the pics

Well, the temperatures look normal. I would ask you to load the bios setup and stay there for a while just to check if the  laptop restarts, and while you're there, keep an eye on the CPU fan speed
temps look ok to me

what will happen is the laptop have temperature sensor when laptop gets too hot laptop fan will kick in

when the laptop cool down it will shut off the fan

the fan will not run all the time like a desktop

I thought laptop fans were meant to run constantly? If I touch the heat sync part of the cpu cooler it is very hot but the fan still doesn't turn on? It gets hot pretty much within 10 seconds of being powered on.

Did you follow my last advice?

Yeah, but there is nowhere in the bios that tells me the fan speeds or anything. I looked everywhere in the Bios, I did find an option to have the fan always turned on when the DC adapter is plugged in which starts the fan then it stops again then it starts again, it doesn't have it on all the time like the option says it should do?
It should be under the tab called power
