hi my sony vaio hdd has stopped working can i use the Create a Windows 10 USB Recovery Drive
i made a year  ago and put it on a new hdd ,sony says it will not work even throw i have the dvds recovery disks will not load windows .because the laptop say no error .and told by sony all i can do is take it in too  one of there shops .because all the info is on bois .so lost and they sold me drive and new recovery dvds any help ..on how can reinstall  windows system gene

First of all, what makes you say that your hdd has stopped working? Is it not letting you load Windows? Please be as precise as possible

I think you need to boot from the recovery flash drive for it to work

hi it just says error after using Recovery Media

what does the error say?
