Sure is... As much as it's used it's a good target though.
Good thing is, they didn't mention anything about the portable version being a part of this. I'm sure most haven't used the full version ever since Ccleaner turned into a service.
The funny part is at the end, Avast is suggesting a Nuke & Pave if you suspect that your system was affected... Wow!
