No, I haven't done that, I'm not sure the complete step by step to do that? Is there a youtube tutorial video?
What do I do once I have Linux on a USB? What are the steps after that?
Download Windows All in One Repair Tool (free) Here
goo.gl/6ce93 Follow all steps to the letter and make sure that you allow the repair tool to create a new restore point, and Backup the registry. Like the program suggests perform a proper Windows clean boot before running the repair, details for the clean boot here

Hi, still suffering from a previous issue.
My windows 10 flight mode is stuck on my desktop PC, I have tried updating the drivers, clean booting, uninstalling the wifi adaptor and reinstalling it. I have also put in another wifi adaptor to see if that would fix it but flight mode was still stuck in the on position so it is obviously not the wifi card and is a software problem.
I don't know what else to try, has anyone else got any ideas?

Well, you can try the on-screen keyboard and make use of those keys to implement the fix
