Hi Smirk24,
Sorry to hear you having trouble with your user folders, but rest assured, we will do our best to help you!
What I suggest we do is restore the default locations of your user folders (documents, picture, videos, music.downloads etc)
Please follow this guide to restore default locations:
https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/18583-user-folders-restore-default-location.html
Ignore Option 1 and go to Option 2
Hope this helps

Ive always had bad experiences when id use system restore so I don't make it a habit to use restore. I did make a backup of my registry as soon as I hit the desktop after the install though

I ran the program but it just said that I don't have the virus and then has me exit the program
Have you tried renaming the location folder?
Make sure 'view all files / folders' has been selected to see if a hidden empty file / folder exists.
