Hi,
I don't know a whole lot about computers, pretty much the basics. I am having some issues with my laptop. I have a virus on my laptop. My operating system is Windows 8. One day my laptop stop connecting to the internet. My WiFi is connected but when you select a browser, it won't connect. I tried restoring it back to factory settings, I ran into the error message: 80070490. I've tried to get rid of the error message through command prompt, I even tried to manually remove the virus. Help, what else should I do?

You were warned previously about using this tactic, it is both disrespectful to the forum owner and it is useless in terms of helping others coming to the site with a similar problem.

If you wish to fix things this way then start your own forum/site and allow people to contact you that way but DO NOT USE SOMEONE ELSE'S SITE IN THIS WAY.
As a result your warning status is heightened, if you believe this is unfair then contact a member of Admin.

nsm0220 you can't just ask to remote into someones computer like that, GuiltySpark is right, its not the correct way to go about helping someone, you was told the other day about this. GuiltySpark is a moderator and you have got to respect that. He is just pointing out to you what is right and what is not. Your warning issued by GuiltySpark will stand.
