Compton there is really no way of knowing if it is fake or not when the news first breaks. What you have to do is not believe it as true until, over time, that news pans out as being true.. There are a handful of news channels here in the states that do nothing but spew fake news mainly for ratings especially when talking about a certain person. They get away with it because of the freedom of the press rights in this country. 90% of what we here, especially coming from certain news agencies, has been proven time and time again to be simply not true.

That's all i will say this has gone off topic
ok catch ya, Tim, both you and Larry give good answers to the question
People make good money off fake news and technology has advanced so much and people have become very smart at editing video and photos to make them look real.

Fake news or fake whatever has been around for 100s if not 1000s of years.
Does that mean the free KAV is free for one year only and then they'll ask you to purchase to continue using it?
I am not sure on that GS, I guess it's possible but I can't see them doing that. The reason why the free edition has come about is that people were using the full version and not renewing the subscription which left them vulnerable to malware/virus. So I am thinking its free version will be a renewal process like Avast. A lot of features have been disabled in the free edition but the data base is the same as the paid version.
Yeah, Brian, I watched your review on it, It looks very good. I wonder if you could compare it with Windows Defender and see which is better.

There you go mate, Another video sorted for you Wink
ok put it to test

Doesn't work that way, you just get a server clock error. I suppose we'll just have to wait and see if they stick to their word.
