please i would like to know is screen resolution 1920 x 1080 and medium size are a great size for my monitor?

1920 x 1080 is the recommended resolution for your monitor and so for the best display experience, I would suggest you stick to that
With respect to the size of the text, 100 per cent is the default but if you find 125 per cent comfortable, you can set it to 125
