In my opinion, always install the latest OS in a new build. Windows 10 does have its issues, all Operating Systems have their quirks. Also if you look around at Brians videos, he pretty much keeps up with these things and shows you how to fix them.

what is the problems with windows 10 i know it was mentioned in the forum
Right Now, Windows 10 is doing well Like Larry said each OS has its issues, nothing is perfect. Besides the telementary in Windows 10 (which is spying and data collection), it is a good OS.
