well I guess the reason you are asking about WiFi range extenders poor WiFi coverage ?

that was probably because of router you was using let's get a new router see what WiFi coverage you get

if not good then you can start a new thread on WiFi range extenders sound good?

Ok, I'll look into this one. In the meantime, do you recommend Wifi range extenders? (Or should I ask this in another thread lol)

The thing you have to remember about range extenders, they will reduce the speed of your network. What kind of area are you trying to get coverage?

If it's the wrong thread...Compton will let us know...lol

Ah I didn't know that...

Well to be frank, I'm trying to cover my entire house...I run a business at home and I really need a reliably fast network. I also have several devices running at the same time

Fair enough Compton! Any other suggestions guys? I'm still looking into yours Compton but I want to keep my options open!
Compton's right... See how your coverage is after you get a new router and go from there. The new router may do just fine...

Watch it Compton, You'll get him all Sparky and he won't feel Guilty about it....lol
too funny Larry lol
Try and get a router with MU-MIMO.
These are good routers:
These are some of the best routers around with super fast speed, better security and better range or WiFi.

You pay your money, you take your choice.
JenoWells6923 one thing to keep in mind the router is only as good as the internet speed

what you have to ask yourself is the internet speed for your home and business good for your needs
Well, Compton, that's not completely true because he needs good WiFi range in his house and cheap routers don't produce that. But you do have a valid point.
yeah britec very good point thanks for adding it in

JenoWells6923 think of this way you have to get a good internet plan and a good router to have a good
wifi and internet experience in general

what would happen something people would go out buy the must expensive router then call me say compton my wifi is slow
just to find out they have a slow internet plan lol
