Off the top of my head.
Various anti-malware tools.
Precision screw drivers / bits.
Voltmeter.
Thermal paste and cleaners.
RJ45 crimpers / cables.
Various cables.
Ink erasers
E-hdds
Usbs
There are more but can't remember off the top of my head.

Many different ones, some easy to read others a bit more intense as they are forensic based, but this question has already been asked and answered elsewhere on the forum.
It also depends on what type of work you do ie:
PC/Laptop Repair
Phone Repair
Networking
These would all need different tools.
What about what software would be the best ones for PC/Laptop Repair for virus removal, hard drive diagnostics etc just to get the laptop back to as clean as it can be without having to re-instal windows (incase thats not an option for the customer)?
