I think what you could do is to start with case and power supply,and work your way up

because that budget is way too small

Possible i thank you all for the comments an help, it might take me awhile to achieve this
when i install windows 10 on my old pc will it wipe all my files on my computer

I think we can safely say the sleeper machine is a non-starter with only $100 to $200

Here is a cheap upgrade

Would a deagate 1tb hhd fit an compatable with my motherboard

yes if you do a complete install of windows 10
