I stopped using my password option 2 years earlier. Installed a software named Tune up Utilities. It asked for securing the C drive(I did not do partition of my C drive). After I restarted then it started asking login password. I searched the net from Guest user in my system and found out your video on cracking Windows password without third party software. I did the same but after restart it showed a blue screen  for a moment and then it again launched a startup repair. What should I do now.
Please help I have important files on my drive    

I am a bit confused, has Tune up Utilities put a password on your C drive? or Are you trying to remove Windows login password?

Before trying anything I would remove Tune Up Utilities, those programs cause more problems than they solve.
