I was checking out my programs I have using programs and features and I have 11 different  Microsoft Visual C++ Installed do I really need all of them?

I would suggest you don't uninstall any of them. Just to prevent any issues in the future.

yeah some of them have to do with windows 10 and other stuff

I would leave it well alone
