Hi Guys

I am running Windows 10 pro
Version 10.0.14393 Build 14393

i have encountered this issue just recently while deleting a file from my desktop or folders item stayed there until i did a manual refresh, is anyone else encountering this and if so is there an easy fix.

Perform SFC scan



Click 'Start' > Type cmd in the search field > Right-click the command prompt at the top of the list and select 'Run as Administrator'
Inside the command prompt, type sfc /scannow > Press 'Enter'
4. Reboot and test.
