I have been using the Freemake Video Downloader and Freemake Video Converter programs since 2 years, is that safe? Also I listen the songs online using Freemake Music Box program, is that safe?

Well the program itself is fine but reports are of PUP's being contained inside the download, toolbars etc...

I have never used them so I can't comment, but a quick Google search should do the trick for you
