Can you do a video how to get Aero back in Windows 8.1/10 ?

I believe parts of legacy Aero is built into both 8.1 and 10.

I have glass look to windows borders and Blurred content behind the borders now running 8.1

EDIT: correction.. only the task bar has that look. That was originally implemented in the original Areo. Do not think it is customizable however

Thanks britec this is very simple and it works! Just around the title of the windows is still colored.
