I ordered a new hard drive because the hard drive on my other computer is failing so if its possible I'd like to be able to use aomei pe builder to accomplish the cloning process but also be able to use the program on other pcs as well.

1. What will need to be done in order to successfully clone the hard drive?

2. What will need to be done to in order to also use aomei on multiple pcs?

If you want to clone a drive via WinPE you would need to have a cloning program of your choice added to that PE Build.
I have a number of WinPE discs or USB with backup, clone and recovery software added to them.

To clone a drive you can use many different free software or use paid software like acroins.

Would I need to install drivers for the aomei pe builder?

What free software would you reccomend?

I've seen acronis but its out of my price range at the moment lol

you can use  Gandalf’s Win10PE to image your system will do a tutorial on this some time this week
