Windows disk defragmenter should be the only defrag software used unless the mechanical hard drive is heavily fragmented so yeah windows defrag is the program to be using.
Also defragmenting to much will lead to issues.

oh ok
so i can use windows disk defragmenter unless i can use auslogics only if the file is too much fragmented, correct?

Well, you can use either of the two. Both have their own algorithms to defragment files but that said, I would recommend the Windows defragmenter
I would also like to point out that unless your hard drive is heavily fragmented, you won't see any observable difference in its performance
