Do you have any other real-time antivirus software installed?

no

i have only Microsoft Security Essentials installed

open cmd as admin

run this command

i tried it but it doesn't work

i type cd program files\microsoft security client instead of cd program files\microsoft security essentials because of microsoft security essentials folder doesn't exist
