If you have a system restore point that was made before adw cleaner you can try that but what i would do is backup important info write down your product key for windows 10 and reinstall windows 10 and i say this because theres alot of driver services that are turned off and something that was ran on your system seemed to of corrupted your system so if it was me id reinstall windows 10.
Before disabling intel or other drivers of that sort make sure to research because since some of those intel and other driver are disabled i believe adwcleaner deleted the files.
Adwcleaner removes adware and also removes obsolete files from the system.

Yes mate that's when all the Windows Services and the ability to connect to the Internet was lost Tried several more restarts hoping it would allow me to reconnect to the Windows services to along with the Internet to no avail
