When browsing the internet it seems to take awhile before it hits the page im trying to read so below i found a link to optimizing the properties of your network device would you say its a good guide to follow?

Even if you changed these settings, your internet speed depends on your ISP... could be slow, could be fast. Website pages load depending on their hosting. If a lot of people are hitting a particular site and the bandwidth is low...It will load slow.

I really don't think you will notice any difference changing to those settings... I would back the settings up.
