Alright some piece of software ssd tweaker or windows itself turned prefetcher back on after I turned it off.

And I'm not able to get to the speeds shown because I have a sata 3 with max of 3gbps which makes the scores make since.

I also turned win32fileseperation back to default (2)
And hopefully changed the setting back to the way they should be that ssd tweaker made.

Ssds are the way to go good investment

We can close the thread thank you guys
you might not be able to get the max speed but its sure better then using using a normal HDD

its a great investment because if you get a new system you can just take it over
