I had too many problems with Windows 10 that's why I switched back to Windows 8.1

What kind of problems Jon? I have had no issues on my main machine

browsing in windows store about 5 to 15 minutes, windows store closes by itself.
i thought it's fixed in https://briteccomputers.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?tid=3213 but it didn't help

explorer keeps restarting by itself every 20 minutes to 1 hour no matter what i am doing

windows 10 start menu has critical error

Well, there must have been reasons for those issues. 10 is not completely bug-free but the updates will only keep making it more feature-rich and resilient

And since you reverted back to 8.1... you haven't had any issues?

i think no issues on windows 8.1
